Final grade, concentration, compatibility and dosage must be established from actual water analysis, plant operating data, jar/pilot testing where relevant, and the applicable OEM / chemical supplier instructions.

Important: do not apply a universal dose directly to another plant. Confirm chemical strength, compatibility, PPE, ventilation, storage, injection point, membrane/boiler/OEM limits and the site's approved chemical-handling procedure before use.

ACL BOILER CHEMICALS
Protect boiler tubes, drums and condensate lines from scale, corrosion and carry-over while improving fuel efficiency.
ACL PH BOOSTER
Raises and holds boiler water alkalinity in the correct range so steel surfaces stay passive and acidic corrosion is prevented.
ACL SLUDGE CONDITIONER
Keeps hardness salts and iron as soft, non-sticky sludge that stays suspended and leaves with blowdown instead of baking onto tubes.
ACL ANTI-SCALANTS
Sequester calcium, magnesium and silica to stop hard scale forming on heating surfaces, keeping heat transfer high and fuel use low.
ACL OXYGEN SCAVENGERS
Remove dissolved oxygen from feed water to prevent pitting corrosion in the boiler, economiser and feed lines.
ACL FIRESIDE CHEMICALS
Condition soot, slag and clinker on the fire side, improving combustion and keeping flue passages and tubes clean.
ACL ANTIFOAMS
Break foam in boiler water to prevent priming and carry-over of water and dissolved solids into the steam.

Form a protective film on boiler and condensate-line metal to prevent corrosion caused by oxygen and carbon dioxide.
ACL DESCALING CHEMICALS
Dissolve existing scale and rust deposits during shutdown cleaning, restoring heat transfer and extending tube life.
ACL METAL PASSIVATOR / NEUTRALIZERS
Neutralise residual acid after descaling and rebuild a passive oxide layer so freshly cleaned metal does not flash-rust.
ACL COOLING TOWER CHEMICALS
Keep heat exchangers, condensers and fills clean and corrosion-free so the cooling circuit delivers design approach temperature.
ACL CORROSION INHIBITORS
Phosphate, zinc and alloy-based programmes form a protective film on mild steel, copper and alloy surfaces of exchangers and pipelines.
ACL SCALE INHIBITOR
Keeps calcium carbonate, sulphate and silica in solution at higher cycles of concentration, preventing scale and saving make-up water.
Biocides (oxidizing & non-oxidizing)
Kill bacteria, fungi and Legionella in recirculating water; alternating both types prevents microbial resistance.
ACL ALGAECIDES
Control algae on basins, decks, distribution channels and fills exposed to sunlight, preventing blockage and fouling.
Bio Dispersants (foaming & non-foaming)
Loosen and lift biofilm and slime so biocides penetrate better and debris is flushed out with blowdown.
ACL OIL DISPERSANTS
Emulsify oil and grease leaking in from the process so they do not coat heat-exchanger surfaces or foul fill media.

Cationic and anionic polymers bridge fine particles into large, fast-settling flocs in clarifiers, improving TSS and COD removal.

ACL WATER DECOLORING
Removes dye and colour from textile, paper, pharma and distillery effluent by coagulating colour molecules for separation.

ACL LIME / ALUM

RO Water Treatment Chemicals
Protect RO and UF membranes from scaling, fouling and chlorine damage so the plant keeps its output, recovery and salt rejection.
ACL RO ANTISCALANTS
High/low silica and high/low pH grades prevent carbonate, sulphate, silica and metal scale on membranes, allowing higher recovery.
ACL LOW PH CLEANERS
Acidic cleaners dissolve inorganic scale and metal oxides such as calcium carbonate and iron from the membrane surface.

ACL CHLORINATING AGENTS
Disinfect raw water and pre-treatment to control bacterial growth before filtration and membranes.
ACL ULTRA FILTRATION CLEANING CHEMICALS

ACL HYDROCHLORIC ACID (HCl)
Lowers feed pH to limit carbonate scaling and is used for acid cleaning and cation resin regeneration.
ACL CAUSTIC (NaOH)
